This weeks P.O.W goes to Martin for his prediction of Newcastle 1 - Arsenal 3. Martin scored 3 points, Bob got 2 points, Lucas, Steven and Psycho all scored 1 point and Vinny scored 0 points.

What was once an all out 'Wacky Races' style sprint to 4th place and the last Champions League slot has now turned into a stroll for Arsenal. Aston Villa are losing more points than a falling pin cushion and Arsenal have rediscovered their scoring touch after going 4 games without a goal. Newcastle on the other hand are in the poo. Two points adrift of safety with 8 games to go isn't the end of the world, but they have arguably the hardest run of all the sides battling for survival and it's hard to see where the much needed points are going to come from.

Martin was victim to a rare occurrence in The Predicta League this week. While he drew on points with his great friend Psycho, he lost out on a share of the winnings due to the 5 point rule. While it's frustrating in the short term, it's a long term victory for Martin. He has gained much needed points on Vinny, and if he carries on doing this the last 8 weeks could be very interesting.
