Steven Thacker's prediction of Stoke City 2 - Tottenham 1 is this weeks prediction of the week, with Steven taking all 5 points; Lucas, Martin and Vinny all collecting 2 points and Psycho and Bob picking up just the 1 point.

With Stoke playing well but not getting the results and Tottenham stumbling their way through the Premiership like Helen Keller on acid, this one was always going to be tricky. Tottenham on paper have the far better side and without the pre-established form would be expected to walk this game, but bar a 15 minute spell (after Gareth Bale proved what a poor dream team choice he was and got sent off), Spurs never looked like a side that could compete in the Premiership, let alone one that could break into the top 4 this season.

Steven deserves double praise this week for not only getting a belter of a 5 pointer, but also for being the only person to score maximum points on a game this weekend. With this weeks win he has gone top of the league, but being only 8 weeks in it's far too early to say if he's going to stay there. However, it is safe to say thats hes going to make it difficult for the other members of the league to catch him.
