This Weeks Week Predictor of the Week is Robert Elliott, for being top of the league and not winning a week.
Football wise POW can't remember a better weekend than the one just gone (POW's favourite weekend of all time was in Moscow 1921 where POW and a young Joseph Stalin had a magical saturday night on the tiles of the Red Square). A saturday of good solid games and Jeff Stelling on cracking form, followed by 2 cracking derbies on the Sunday, sprinkled with some Spanish football in between where Messi and Ronaldo started there duel to decide who is the best player in world football (POW votes Messi). And that's without even mentioning the thrills and spills of the Championship or Serie A. POW loves many things, eagles, talking about himself in the 3rd person, post modernism in television and early 18th century art depicting bears having a picnic, but none of those things compare to how much he loves football at the minute.
POW changed his format so that the forgotten man would be remembered in The Predicta League. To often in this world the achievements of others are pushed aside by the general public. With that said it is my privilege to award Robert P.O.W. this week. Being top of the league with out a single win can't be fun, but if I know Robert as well as I like to think I do he won't care one bit if he goes the whole season without a win as long as its his name on the trophy come may.
Round of Applause For You Robert
